Gary Walsh Jr., “The Engagement Strategist”, is a Best Selling Author, Speaker and Coach/Consultant whose passion is to help individuals, organizations, companies, groups and teams solve productivity problems by bringing the zeal back into the workforce and their lives.
Gary has been speaking professionally for over 15 years and has over 20 years of experience in operations management (both For and Non-Profit), finance, corporate administration as well leadership and ministry development. These various experiences have allowed him to cultivate an expertise in understanding complex strategies for success and being able to translate them in an elementary yet effective, fun and exciting way. Mr. Walsh has worked for and with corporations and groups such as Charles Schwab and Co., Federal Aviation Administration, Federally Employed Women (F.E.W.), Building Bridges Foundation and Washington Hospital Center of Washington, DC to name a few.
Mr. Walsh is a contributing Best Selling Author in the recently released book “Fight For Your Dreams!” a collaborative effort with Motivational Speaker Les Brown. He is currently in the process of completing two solo literary projects “Dream Out Loud!” (A motivational series) and “Leading For Life!” (An empowering guide on engaged leadership) Gary can be heard each Monday night from 6pm – 9pm EST as the host of Zeal Talk Radio, his weekly radio show on www.rocktheflow.com.
One of his favorite quotes is by Og Mandino; “I will persist until I succeed!” and Gary has tagged onto it by adding “When I succeed, I will continue to persist for there are yet dreams to be conquered!”
